Faktor – faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pertanian di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

Pembangunan ekonomi sangat diperlukan untuk memperkecil tingkat pengangguran. Sektor pertanian masih menjadi sektor yang memiliki andil dalam perekonomian. Ketenagakerjaan merupakan masalah nasional yang timbul akibat tidak adanya keseimbangan antara pertambahan jumlah tenaga kerja dari tahun ketahun dengan perkembangan jumlah lapangan usaha yang menampung tenaga kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pengaruh inflasi, upah minimum provinsi dan PBRD Sektor Pertanian Sulawesi Tengah. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan inflasi, PDRB Pertanian dan upah minimum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tenaga kerja pertanian. Hasil uji parsial t-statistik terdapat dua variabel yakni variabel upah minimum dan PDRB Sektor Pertanian secara probabilitas signifikan terhadap variabel tingkat tenaga kerja pertanian.
